Filipinos
should be ashamed of their culture and a system that is so corrupt,
incompetent and basically just childishly spitefull. And some expats
still wonder why I got my kids out of there! No way would I want
them growing up like those people. That judge is a typical spoilt brat
upscale Filipino who has no thought for anyone but themselves. I
despise her with contempt from the depths of my soul but she is no
better than the rest of the oligarchs. All I can say is come the
revolution, she will be one of the first the mob will hang. Look at
Marcos, she is still there, still lording it over the poor and yet still
enjoying their admiration! Same for Erap and GMA... I mean they deserve
each other. Which is why there won't be a revolution and the rich
know it. To make sure, they have their
propaganda squad remind them how lucky they are to be Filipino every tie
they go to mass.
I
will say, though, if I had been held in a Manila jail for two years my
tagalog would be pretty solid. Do we have anyone in Manila who can visit
him? This proves once again, if any further proof was needed, that the
Philippines is a corrupt country with a very different sense of honour
and justice to what we are used to. Accept it and work with it. If
anyone is ever arrested, protest your innocence and then ask for a
discount because you are not guilty. Pay up right away and just accept
that is how they do it there.

Well Hello to you all its been a while since we had any news to tell .Had court appearances 3rd and 13th OCT .But once again
the complants did not turn up or the prosecuter and so the judge set them for another date again.Not been told when.
Kevin is at a all time LOW no contact with Charline no English speaking persons so he is aloane at all times.
And the nightmear goes on and on for us all.

It is now the middle of October and all case should have been
resolved. I know the last lot of payments were made (thanks to those who
covered them)but what about Kevin and Charlene? Are they still in jail?
